LEASE APPLICATION STEPS
- Step 1 - Pay a $50 non-refundable application fee via PayPal.
- Step 2 - Fill out the application form online.
- Step 3 - Application will be reviewed. We will also run a tenant screening report, which will tell us your credit score and rental history. Please note that your authorization is needed before we run this report.
- Step 4 - Once the tenant screening report has been received, we will contact you with a decision.
- Step 5 - Execute & sign the standard lease agreement (below in PDF for review).
- If you are approved, please note the depost is due upon signing your lease.
